Bill has been my realtor since 2012 and three home sale/purchases. He has always found a way to make himself available when needed and listens intently to our wants, desires, and needs.
He is always pleasant and kind even when stress runs high during negotiations. He is willing to roll up his sleeves and even pitch in when work needs done. That is a sign a true good character in my book.
When my late father was going into hospice and we needed to sell his home Bill stepped up and did a ton of the work to spare me and my siblings the added pain of prepping the house while also spending precious last days with our dad.
