I have worked with Bill Flynn on selling 2 homes now in the past 5 years and both were quick sales. He stays diligent, is knowledgeable of the area, his trade and kept me informed of comps and market changes throughout the process. He was honest in telling us what we needed to hear instead of what we wanted to hear reguarding realistic price point and why and he leveraged for us to get the most we could. He had to deal with hard family dynamics and wayward emotions as we were getting our deceased mother's house updated and on the market.
